These one to one classes are designed specifically to what you need so are ideal to help you to get to the root cause of whatever is bringing you to a yoga class in the first place. Often by learning to listen to whatever you’re body is trying to tell you, you can resolve even the most persistent of your health concerns.
By cultivating a relationship with yourself through a yoga practice you can learn to listen to your what your body needs. Be that food, friends, work or fun. That coupled with the fact that yoga works to increase your energy and help you be more efficient with your time it’s a no brainer to give it a go.

How it works
The 1st session is to establish a plan based on what you need. Some people need a gentle restorative style of yoga while others a more fast-paced dynamic style. And sometimes we need a combination of both.
From here I’ll plan a specific course with a blended live online and home/self-led practise that fits in with your busy schedule. All classes are designed with your needs in mind aiming to bring you back into alignment and increase your health and restore your vibrancy
