A Beginners Course in Kundalini Yoga

This is a 6 week course in Kundalini Yoga taking you on a gentle journey inward to help you understand the complexities of your magnificent body and help you to expand from the inside out.

If that seems a bit much don’t worry I don’t usually talk like that but I couldn’t think of a better way to describe Kundalini Yoga to a beginner. It has to be experienced to be understood and once you try it I’m sure you’ll love it. The first class can be a “try out” so if you try it and know its not for you I can refund you the remaining of the course cost.
