Let Go of the stresses of the week and allow yourself to be fully present with this Meditation Program from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. We use very gentle techniques from Kundalini Yoga to create space in your body and mind.

Each session is designed to help you relax and let go. We use some very gentle movements coordinated with the breath. Some focused breathing, Mantra and guided relaxations. Each class is packed full of relaxation exercises that will rejuvenate you.
